Employer based on the regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 April 2005 on tests and measurement of factors harmful to the health in the work environment (Dz. U. Nr 73, poz. 645 z późn. zm.) is required to carry out work environment tests in terms of intensity and concentration of harmful chemical, physical or biological agents if such factors are present or suspected to occur in the workplace.

The employer must inform employees about the results of the tests and the study itself is used to develop the Occupational Risk Assessment.
