Fire Safety Instruction (IBP) is a document describing evacuation procedures and fire protection conditions.

According to the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 7 June 2010 § 6 section 1 on fire protection of buildings, other buildings and areas (Dz. U. Nr 109, poz. 719), owners, administrators or users of objects or parts thereof constituting separate fire zones intended for public utility, collective, production, storage and livestock housing shall provide and implement fire safety instructions
